If you're like me you've received many flyers regarding Short Term Rentals.  The City's short term rental ordinance regulates home sharing with an intent to preserve: quality of life, housing affordability, and safety for Jersey City Residents.  After reading the proposed revisions, It is clear that the original ordinance was broad and much room was left for interpretation.  This revision helps define the rules, and it does not bar short term rentals, but don't trust me.  Read it yourself.
