The Harsimus Cove Station Redevelopment, aka, Metro Plaza is presenting the site plan for Phase 1B to City Planning, the “twin” building to the newly constructed 1A residential tower (former Pep-Boys location). Building 1B will be adjacent to the Light Rail and 4th Street entrance to shopping center. This site presentation on September 12th, will review Forest City developer’s plans for a safe construction site, functioning street, and sidewalk - before, during and after construction within the Metro Plaza parking lot. This is the next step to a 20-year project to develop Metro Plaza into a new commercial/residential neighborhood.
